Dance Fit

Welcome to this fun approach to fitness.

All the components of a regular fitness class using dance moves.

Warm-up, Stretch, Cardio, Toning and Tightening.

A perfect class for any age & learn basic combinations line dance style for chacha, rumba, merengue, salsa, foxtrot and waltz. 

Men & Women are welcome, classes held at the Hillsview Active Living Centre.
