Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. 

Pre booking your services is recommended although we do

welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you.


New Clients

All new clients will be required to complete a client information

intake form which is necessary for your spa treatments. 


Late Arrivals

We pride ourselves on providing each client with the time they deserve 

and have booked for their chosen service. We start and end on time in consideration of the next client. Regretfully if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time to be

on schedule for the next client, full service price will apply.


Spa Packages / Multiple Guests

A Gift Certificate number or a valid credit card number is

required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 



We appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need

to cancel your scheduled appointment. To avoid cancellation fees

please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  

Please do not email to cancel an appointment. 

The cancellation fee is 50% of your scheduled service.


Cell Phones

We strive to offer our clients the best in pampering and relaxation time. 

To maintain the serenity of the spa, we please ask that you to turn off

your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival in reception.


Outdoor Footwear

Please be advised that outdoor footwear is not permitted inside the spa. 

We will provide slippers or feel free to bring your own.


Adult Environment

Please keep in mind that our clients have come for private relaxation & 

"Get Away Time".  Please respect our "Adult Environment"

Purchase Policy 

Make taking care of your skin and body part of your daily ritual.  

Please see our shopping page where you may repurchase your skin and body products. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of

purchase with receipt, sorry we cannot exchange opened products.


Gift Certificates
Give the gift that keeps on giving.  Gift Cards are available for all services,

spa packages, or a dollar value and are packaged ready for presentation. Gift

Certificates are available on our Gift Card page, in Spa and via email. Our Gift Certificates do not expire, but may be subject to price adjustment if over a year old. 

Please be advised if there is a balance on your gift card it is up to you to keep the gift card for future use. The Gift Card Number is the number we use for reference and must be given at time of booking.We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 


No Show without a 24 hours notice of cancellation will be redeemed in full. Less than 24 hours notice of 

cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee of total.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit and Cash.  

Please note that gratuities for your service provider are cash only.



We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience at

our spa, however absolutely no refunds will be issued for spa

services, gift card purchases under any circumstances.

Massage Treatments

We do offer several different types of massage techniques, some of which are with a Registered Massage Therapist as well as other Therapists that will not be covered by insurance. Please make it clear that you wish to have only a therapist that can issue a receipt. This is your responsibility.

Gift Wrapping is available with this promotion in store only. Purchase your spa gift cards online with our PayPal app or in store. Gift giving is not just a way to strength bonds with employees, it can also build interpersonal relationships where the employee feels valued. It has been proven that regular massage therapy included in the workplace lessens sick days and increases productivity.
