Healthy Summer Pizza

Bite into a slice of summer with this delicious, healthy dessert. This watermelon pizza will quench your thirst, it's loaded with electrolytes and has added protein from the yogurt while being topped with vitamin rich fruit.

 
Ingredients

 

1 Full Slice Round Of Organic Watermelon For The Pizza Base

 

1/2 Cup Of Lactose Free Ricotta

 

1/2 Cup Of Lactose Free Softened Cream Cheese

 

1 Tablespoon Of Raw Honey

 

1/2 Teaspoon Of Vanilla

 

1/2 Cup Of Rinsed Organic Strawberries, Cut Into Halves

 

1/2 Cup Of Rinsed Organic Blueberries

 

1/2 Cup Of Rinsed Organic Raspberries

 

1/4 Of Shredded Organic Unsweetened Coconut

 

Fresh Rinsed Organic Mint For Garnish

 
Method

 

In a small bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, honey and vanilla together until combined.

 

Spread mixture onto the slice of watermelon and top with berries, mint and shredded coconut.

 

Refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
