Reiki is a spiritually guided life force energy used for stress reduction, relaxation, various symptoms and conditions, especially menopause, while getting to the root cause of imbalance.

It works well with complementary and conventional medical treatments.

What to expect during a session?
In Person Reiki:
A Reiki session typically lasts between 30 and 90 minutes and begins with a brief consultation to set your intention for the treatment.
You’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable massage table (we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing). During the session, gentle hands are placed on or just above different areas of the body to support the natural flow of energy.
As the energy moves, each person’s experience is unique. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, seeing colours, deep relaxation, a blissful calm, or emotional release. Some clients simply drift into a peaceful, restorative state.
Following your session, many clients report feeling lighter, refreshed, grounded, and energetically realigned — leaving with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and wellbeing.

Distant Reiki:
Reiki healing can be sent to anyone, anywhere, at any time.
Distance sessions are offered by phone or video call and are just as effective as in-person treatments.
You’ll receive the benefits from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to fully relax in a familiar environment.
Distance Reiki is especially helpful when travel is not possible, during times of added stress or urgency, and for children, seniors, or anyone who prefers the ease and convenience of remote care.

When energy becomes negative or stagnant, we may experience stress, tension, confusion, emotional heaviness, or a sense of being stuck. By clearing stagnant energy and raising the vibration of your space, we restore the natural flow of vital life force (chi), supporting greater clarity, harmony, emotional balance, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of peace and joy.
Space cleansing is performed on-site and thoughtfully customized for each home or space. A variety of techniques may be used, including Tibetan singing bowls and bells, sage smudging, mantra chanting, and powerful Reiki Symbols to energetically cleanse, balance, and uplift the environment.
