
Policies and Procedures
Upon Arrival:

We will no longer ask for a COVID waiver

We ask that if you have ANY cold or flu symptoms to please reschedule your appointment with us.

If you have even slight sniffles or cough, you will be asked to wear a mask.

The hand sanitizer at the front door will remain for use as soon as you enter the spa.

Hand wash immediately following will be required.
Our staff has decided to continue wearing their masks/shields for the time being.
Our apologies, we will not be offering beverages or lunches, please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the spa at this time.

All Clients
Please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time.
*For facials please remove all makeup before arriving for your appointment
New Clients
All new clients will be required to complete a client
intake form which is necessary for your spa treatments.
Late Arrivals
We pride ourselves on providing each client with the time they deserve and have booked for their chosen service. We start and end on time in consideration of the next client. Regretfully if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next client, full service price will apply.
Cancellations
To avoid cancellation fees please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please do not email to cancel an appointment.
The cancellation fee is 50% of your scheduled service.


Spa Packages / Multiple Guests
A Gift Certificate number or a valid credit card number is
required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cell Phones
We strive to offer our clients the best in pampering and relaxation time.
To maintain the serenity of the spa, we please ask that you turn off your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival in reception.
Outdoor Footwear
Please be advised that outdoor footwear is not permitted inside the spa. We will provide slippers or feel free to bring your own.
Adult Environment
Please keep in mind that our clients have come for private relaxation & "Get Away Time".
Please respect our "Adult Environment"
Payments
Prices do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit and Cash.
Please note that gratuities for your service provider are cash only.

Refunds
We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience at our spa, however absolutely no refunds will be issued for spa services, gift card purchases under any circumstances.
Massage Treatments
We do offer several different types of massage techniques, some of which are with a Registered Massage Therapist as well as other Therapists that will not be covered by insurance. Please make it clear that you wish to have only a therapist that can issue a receipt. This is your responsibility.
We do not offer Registered Massage Therapy at this time


Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for all services, spa packages, or a dollar value and are packaged ready for presentation.
Gift Certificates are available online or in spa.
Please be advised, if there is a balance on your gift card it is up to you to keep the gift card for future use.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Important Notice
Due to our price increase as of April 1st, 2022
All Gift Certificates purchased prior to this date will be valued at the original purchase price. You are more than welcome to use the gift certificate for any aesthetic treatment of same value or less or add to it.
Gift Certificate must be present at time of appointment.
Gift Certificates are VALID for aesthetic spa treatments only.
Gift Certificates CANNOT be used towards our Contract Practitioners.
